What is the difference between Ulthera (Ultherapy) and Ultra Tyte?

Ulthera (Ultherapy) and Ultra Tyte are both powerful and effective for skin tightening, lifting and collagen building. They both use the same HIFU technology. However, Ulthera relies on the “cartridge method” to deliver the HIFU energy in which the energy is delivered to a single spot at a time, allowing the heat to build and become potentially painful.

In contrast, Ultra Tyte employs the “probe-rubbing method,” where the hand piece is moved back and forth across different areas to deliver an easy and accurate treatment. This makes the Ultra Tyte treatment much less painful, as reported by patients, but just as powerful and effective for skin tightening, lifting and collagen building as Ulthera.

How many treatments will I need to see results?

We recommend an initial series of three Ultra Tyte treatments, approximately one every two weeks. You may be able to get treatments more often if you desire additional lifting and tightening in your treatment area; however, each skin type is different so please contact us for your initial consultation to see if you are a good candidate for Ultra Tyte.

Each treatment lasts approximately 20-45 minutes, depending on the area being treated. It gives an instant lift!
